Inhalation Narcosis Chamber

This chamber’s clear, hinged acrylic cover lets you observe small animals during anesthetizing.

• Maximum I.D. 19.7 cm (7.75″); top I.D. 17.8 cm (7″); 12.7 cm (5″) from platform to top; 5.7 cm (2.25″) under platform; 19.7 cm (7.75″) overall height
• Cover and polypropylene components are not affected by anesthetic compounds
• Remove the folding perforated platform to fill the bottom with cotton, then replace it to support the animal
• Pour anesthetic into the small side funnel; it runs to the bottom of the chamber, where the cotton absorbs it
• Stopcock admits fresh air during anesthesia to prevent suffocation; accepts 4 to 6 mm I.D. tubing
