This labeling system’s clear tape protects labels from the freezer, autoclave, acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
- Tape stays securely affixed with no discoloration after 40 minutes in an autoclave at 125 °C (258 °F) or one week in liquid nitrogen at -196 °C (-321 °F)
- Clear polypropylene tape is 1 mil (0.001″) thick with 1 mil (0.001″) acrylic adhesive and is highly resistant to chemicals and moisture
- Durable ABS dispenser has a steel serrated cutting blade; aluminum roller and spring-loaded cover hold the tape roll
- Optional epoxy-coated, weighted steel base reduces slippage; includes four non-slip rubber feet and screws
- White paper labels accept any marker; use under the clear tape to label labware, bottles, or samples
