This highly accurate Warming Plate, set at an optimal 37°C (±1°C), is designed to Trypsinize Cells during cell passaging.
Avoids numerous entries into the CO2 incubator which alter its atmosphere, injuring ongoing experiments in the incubated cultures
Increases cell viability by keeping cells at an optimal temperature during examination of cell cultures outside of the incubator
Can be used to maintain the warmth of reagents inside the hood
Built in, 15 minute count down timer keeps track of the time that the trypsin has been on the cells
Temperature remains uniform across the entire anodized aluminum warming plate; measures 17.8 D x 20.3cmW (7 x 8”)
Fits easily in cell culture hoods or on the workbench
UV resistant polypropylene housing will not break down under germicidal UV lights
Water resistant and safe for cleaning with Ethanol or IPA
