The three chambers in our Three Zone Powder Sampler are completely separate, so all you need do is hold the sampler horizontally over strategically placed containers, or even a large tray or paper sheet.

Then you’d just turn the handle to open the three chambers allowing the contents to pour out into the containers or onto the tray/sheet in three piles that can be scooped into their own vessels.

You can follow a similar pattern for our Sterileware Powder Thieves which can also sample within bulk powders. These sterile thieves offer single zone sampling from the tip; simply pull up the body of the sampler to expose the tip and push back down to take your sample.
