Dear Lab Guy,
I need to see a video of the Bel-Art H50000-0002 in action. I need to mix the contents of qty=2, one gallon cans into a common 1 quart container and need to see how much real working space is in the device. Thanks
Mark
Hi Mark! Lab Guy here!
We had trouble reaching you via email so in the interest of time we’re posting a few photos to help you and others who may appreciate a visualization of the Fume Hood (Cat No. H5000-0002) workspace.
Please note these photos were taken in our glovebox version which uses a common white poly component for the body; hence the round opening on the right side.
The unit itself has the following dimensions:
Overall: 27”W x 13”D x 22”H, wall thickness is approximately ¼”
Opening: 22”W x 12”H
Inside Dimensions based on smallest working area: 24.5”W x 10”D x 14”H
The props inside are sized exactly for 1-gallon and 1-quart paint cans.
Hopefully, the pictures give you a good sense of the height, width, and depth of the hood and your room to maneuver.
Thanks for writing and please feel free to write back if I can help in any other way.
Lab Guy
